Look at a piece of art and ask yourself: What is it telling me? It also serves a as great mindfulness activity.

We continue to follow COVID guidelines to ensure yours and our safety. Masks are mandatory on campus at all times, a check-in form must be filled at every visit and temperature checks are done upon arrival. Arrows on the floor indicate the directions of traffic and every room has an occupancy limit. Some of our services can be offered remotely, feel free to ask one of our staff if you don’t feel comfortable about coming in person.
