Helping people is an amazing thing to do. For the month of April, lets make a conscious effort to help someone who is in need.

Please remember to:

1) Wash your hands often

2) Avoid touching your face, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands

3) Avoid contact with people who are sick

4) Clean and disinfect surfaces that are frequently touches

5) Stay at home and away from others if you are feeling ill

6) When sick, cover your cough, and sneezes and then wash your hands
