A great healthy way to destress as a student is by exercising. Couple it with some soaking in the sun to get some Vitamin D. Get out for a walk, play some ball, bike around your neighborhood or set aside some beach time. A little fun in the sun and exercise can give you the boost you need to get your studying done.
It's easy to reach for processed food in the pinch of time as a student. But these foods can be detrimental for your health and brain, especially when you are trying to absorb all that knowledge in your day to day life.
Ditch junk food in favour of fresh produce and feel the difference!
This month is Pride Month! To celebrate and show our support we are going to be dressing up in an all rainbow theme.
