Collecting Donations for Community Fundraising Event

Contact Reception if you have New, Used or Handmade items that you would like to donate to our fundraiser. All proceeds will be going to a VACC family whose child is preparing for heart surgery.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation Day – Orange Shirt Day

On September 30th, we honour the survivors and victims of residential schools by wearing orange shirts because #EveryChildMatters.

Join us in the spirit of reconciliation by purchasing a unique, student-designed orange shirt from one of our campuses to honour #OrangeShirtDay before September 30, 2021

And Just like that, another successful Practical Nursing class has graduated!  This Cohort has worked hard for this special day! Led by our very own Instructor Jane and Coordinator Sandhya, these Nurses are ready to take on the world!

What Orange Shirt Days Means to Me: An Abbotsford VACC Student tells their story.

Orange shirt day is a gentle reminder about what my parents, Aunts, Uncles, & cousins have experienced. I share with my children about where their grandparents have been & what they did to heal themselves. This is a good learning opportunity, for everyone. If we learn each other's past struggles, we will have a better understanding on who we are, & what we can do to help?
