Mothers Day Brunch Hollandaise Recipe

Ingredients

10 tbsp unsalted butter                   3 egg yolks

1 tbsp lemon juice                             1/2 tsp salt

Dash of cayenne

 

Steps:

1) Melt butter.

2) 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt in a blender, blend on medium 20-30 second, until eggs lighten.

3) On Low slowly add hot melted butter, while continuing to blend. Add salt and fresh squeezed lemon to taste.
