4 Apps that Keep You Organized

Monday, February 22, 2021

Being a student can be overwhelming if you lack organization and time management skills. Thankfully, you don't have to worry because there are apps that can help you stay organized and feel productive in your academic work.
  1. Calendly: Do you struggle with staying organized and managing your time? Calendly is a platform that enables you to schedule meetings, set up reminders, automate scheduling, and much more. This app will save you the time you would otherwise spend constantly emailing back and forth to schedule meetings. You can learn more about this software here.

  1. Evernote: Evernote is an app that is used for notetaking, task management, and organizing. This convenient and free app can be used on your smartphone, computer, or laptop, which makes notetaking and storing information an effortless task. You can learn more about Evernote here.

  1. Freedom. The transition from in-person to online learning at home can easily cause you to get distracted by social media and other websites. Freedom is an application that allows users to block distracting apps and websites for a set time period. You can even block complete internet access if you choose to stay extremely focused. It is available for iOS and Android.

  1. Habitica. Habitica is another task management and organization app that turns habit tracking into a fun role-playing game. The app allows you to set up daily goals for yourself and desired habits with a customizable avatar. The more tasks you complete, the more you level up. You can learn more about Habitica here.

We hope you find some of these apps useful. Remember that getting organized is about finding a system that works for you. Everyone is different, so you may want to start with one or two to see how it helps you stay organized before you try them all.
