Students from Surrey campus to receive diplomas and certificates on January 18, 2014

Surrey, BC – January 10, 2014 – Vancouver Career College will celebrate the accomplishments of the graduates from its Surrey campus on January 18, 2014. The winter convocation ceremony will be held at Calvary Worship Centre in Surrey, BC at 11:00am. Friends, family and the general public are welcome to attend.

“We’re very proud of our graduates and congratulate them on their achievements,” says Larry Heinzlmeir, VP of Marketing for Vancouver Career College. “While convocation marks the end of their time at Vancouver Career College, it is also the beginning of a new chapter. They’re ready to embark on brand new careers and have futures.”

The ceremony commemorates months of commitment and hard work grads put in to earn credentials for a new career. Diplomas will be awarded to graduates from several programs, including Accounting and Payroll Administrator, Addictions and Community Services Worker, Early Childhood Education, Human Resources Professional, Health Care Assistant and more.

The commencement ceremony takes place on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Calvary Worship Centre, 11125 124 Street in Surrey. The event begins at 3:00pm. Graduates must check in at 2:00pm.
