Vancouver Career College covers specialized training programs at Vancouver campus on October 17, 2012
Vancouver, BC – October 11, 2012 – Vancouver Career College will host an Open House in
downtown Vancouver on October 17, 2012 for anyone interested in learning more about the
Social Services Worker Foundations and
Medical Office Assistant programs.
Today, more than ever, a range of qualified professionals are needed to help provide diverse healthcare services across the country. From providing administrative assistance in a medical office to helping people cope with mental illness or addiction issues, healthcare careers extend way beyond the roles of doctors and nurses.
The Social Services Worker Foundations and
Medical Office Assistant programs focus on providing students in the Lower Mainland with the qualifications recruiters are seeking for. At the Open House, attendees will have a chance to ask instructors and staff questions, tour the campus and its facilities and learn about job opportunities in their community. Current students and alumni will also be on hand to share their experiences. They Open House will showcase how Vancouver Career College’s practical training helps students develop the specific skills they need to work in various healthcare settings.
